- Go to the Luggage Claim Area
- Clear Customs Area
- Leaving customs, follow the sign to the Sandals Airport Desk. The Sandals airport team will greet you at the entrance and assist with :
- Identifying your resort
- Tagging your luggage
- Coordinating your resort transfer.

- Departure Letters will be delivered to you 48 hours prior to your departure time.
- This will include the following:
- Bus pickup time
- Resort check out time which is 11:00 a.m.
- Flight #
- Your final statement
- Transfers to the airport will be scheduled 3 hours prior to your departing flight.
